[pilot] EcoTypes Survey 4 EcoTypes Survey In a hurry? Take the quick version in 2-3 minutes! Here is the pilot EcoTypes Survey! By completing this anonymous survey, you’ll immediately receive a personalized report you can retrieve at any time. Below is more information. Click Next at bottom to accept these guidelines and begin! What is your EcoType? Take this survey and find out! EcoTypes was launched in 2017 by Prof. Jim Proctor of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR USA; the survey has been completed over 10,000 times. In this pilot version of the EcoTypes survey, you will agree or disagree with a number of environmental statements. Some may sound similar to others; please think about each before responding. The wording of many statements is intentionally strong, to suggest differing approaches to environmental issues. There are no right or wrong answers! All of your data will be stored anonymously. Next you'll choose among a list of global priorities. Finally, we request that you share information about yourself, such as your age or gender, to help us understand patterns in EcoTypes. All information will remain confidential. EcoTypes is an educational initiative. If provided by your instructor, please select your higher education institutional code at the end. And if you would be interested in a confidential followup interview, simply leave your email address. The survey should take you about 20-30 minutes to complete. The entire survey must be completed start to finish, so make sure you have sufficient time. You'll see six short pages of environmental statements, one page with global priorities, then four short pages of background information. The progress bar at bottom will show you how close you are to completing the survey. When you submit the survey your data will be analyzed, and you'll immediately receive a personalized report, with a unique entry key so that you can retrieve your report at any time. Make sure to write down your entry key!: since the survey is anonymous, there is no other way to retrieve your data. Submission of this survey indicates your willingness to store your survey data anonymously, and for your anonymous data to be included in statistical summaries for educational and research purposes, for which EcoTypes has research approval from Lewis & Clark College (HSRC #2019-40, current expiration 02 Dec 2023).
